The following four photo's are from a recent FRS case.  They show the condition of  advanced andenomyosis.  This condition caused this woman a great deal of pain and discomfort and she was told repeatedly that her only option for treatment was that of total hysterectomy.  The conservative surgical treatment of FRS allowed this woman to keep her uterus.
