Chronicle for Ovibloc (Ovabloc)

The following is a calendar of what happened concerning the finding of the Ovibloc product. I found no one involved wanted to talk about this product and a cover-up has taken place. I hope making this public will help to educate the public. I will up date the out come of all this research in my next book. This will unfold here on the web for women come forth.

Dr. Vikki Hufnagel, MD   9.2000

1990-91 - Sara Woods presents with her story of having a tubal occlusion in California by Dr. March at USC.

She is in severe pain and has been so for years. On exploratory surgery I find silicone had encased her bowel and other internal organs. During the oviduct procedure the silicone was pushed beyond her fallopian tubes and into the pelvic organs.

Ressected and reconstructed areas with silicone involvement.

1992- I submitted a compliant on this procedure to the FDA.  I informed the US Department of Justice and the FTC of this abuse as well.  I requested a recall from the FDA of the product in 1992 and 1993.

1994- I traveled also to Washington DC to file a written complaint and testify at FDA, FTC and the US Department of Justice.

For the record Sara Woods tried to sue however she had an attorney named Steve Gambreddila. He committed fraud and acts of malpractice and negligence concerning her legal case based on statements she made to me.

No one would testify to help Sara Woods. USC and Dr. March refused to provide the medical records on her case.

Dr. March refused to help Sara Woods . Dr. March claimed he was tricked by the Oviduct company as well. He stated he had no stock in the company.

Sara’s operation took place at Beverly Hills Medical Center.  This was prior to 1991 closure of the hospital.

Two Women from Arizona

WHILE working at Thompson Memorial Hospital I saw two women from Arizona.

Both women had there procedure by Dr. Cooper in Arizona. His office refused calls and letters. Both women had silicone pushed into their tubes. I reported these cases to the FDA, FTC and the Department of Justice. I operated and found silicone spillage and destruction of their fallopian tubes and severe scarring on the ovaries. Both women suffered sever pain.
