The following are copies of the suit that was filed on the CA doctor (who I'm calling Dr. Cut)  that performed my 2nd surgery and against the CA Hospital who employees and supports him.  I was not aware at the time when I filed this suit that Dr. Hufnagel had threats made directly against her after my July 21, 1998 surgery   promising harm if she ever spoke about my 2nd surgery.   

Dr. Hufnagel had her home/office was  broken into 3 times within the past year, the third time fire was set in her office where not only important documents were kept regarding my case, but also contained information about other cases as well.  

The first time Dr. Hufnagels home/office was broken into was September of 98'.   On Augest 18, 1998  I informed the IL court that I had undergone this 2nd surgery and on Sept 1, 1998 I informed the IL court that one of my expert wittness had addmitted to me that he was working for the defense. 

I voluntarly withdrew my case on Dec. 1, 1998 with out predijuce. Documents that were presented to the IL court at that time included my amedned medical certifcation written by Dr. Hufnagel  that Dr. X had caused my condition.  This amended medical document also contained before and after pictures of my ovaries.  All this information is on file with the IL Court.   Becasue I withdrew in the fashion that I retained the right to  re-file my case against Dr. X for one year.  Dr. Hufnagles home/office  was broken into over the x-mas holiday while she was out of town just after this 1998 IL court event.. 

I filed the following suit on Dr. Cut  and CA Hospital on July 21, 1999.   Within days of filing this suit Dr. Hufnagels home/office was again broken into and this time fire was set in her office where  important documents/information was being kept regarding both my cases.   Not only was information about my case distroyed but also information about other cases as well.    Dr. Hufnagel can better explain what exactly was said to her regarding not speaking about my case, and  can better expalin all events, what was missing after the three break in's and what was damaged and distroyed in the fire.  

This law suit that was filed on the CA doctor and the CA Hospital  is purely based on medical malpractice.   The lawyer did not file this legal suit  to include the tort charges of  fraud, creation of false records, and intentional misrepresentation, (as I had requested and instructed)  but was told that these charges could be amended to the complaint at a later time.
