Post Tubal Class Action

Note:    More then 14 million women in the U.S. in the past 15 years have had a tubal ligation (tying the tubes) and was mendaciously told by their physician that tubal ligation is safe and without side effects.

January 2004:
The legal community along with the public is being educated about this issue.  To date no legal action has been taken.

We are currently searching for and working to organize two groups of women who wish to originate class action law suits:

  • U.S. Women who were sterilized with Ovabloc silicon Plugs.
    Early 80's - Estimate is more then 15,000 women.

  • U.S. Women who were not informed of post tubal syndrome (PTS), or of the risk of hormonal imbalances after traditional tubal ligation (Bands, Clips, and Electrocagulation).
