This blood work was done July 1998 at the time of my second surgery   I consented to having this 2nd surgery because the doctor promised to  biopsy both my ovaries at the time of the surgery.  Having a pathology report to present to the IL court would be hard evidence and scientific proof for my case,  something that the IL court, the lawyers, and other doctors could not argue about.  A pathology report would state either  my ovaries were normal or atrophic, the second being caused by lack of blood supply.

This doctor knew that I was involved in an IL court case, that I was under distress, and that I wanted and needed biopsy information  to present to the court and other authorities.  Dr. Hufnagel, who was my expert witness in my case,  was a consultant for me at the time of this 2nd surgery.  She knew this doctor and was in direct contact with him before and after the surgery.   She, as well as I did, explained my situation to the doctor and  had given explicit directions on what was to be done.  Dr. Hufnagel and I had made special arrangements to have this surgery performed live on the internet but the doctor refused.

At the time of this surgery the doctor did literally "nothing",  then withheld my medical records from me.

I had to hire a private detective to gather my records  which included my surgical report (which states that nothing was done), as well as the following lab information. Because he did not do what he was instructed to do, he did not do what he told me and Dr. Hufnagel he was going to do, and he did not do what I had consented for him to do,  and by doing "nothing", this doctor defrauded me, withheld information from the IL court, and performed this surgery on me unnecessarily.  The surgical report he provided me does not match the video tape or images of the surgery, which Dr. Hufnagel will attest to.  Because of this I include charges of creating false medical documents, as well as other crimes of gross negligence and malpractice.  I did file a lawsuit on this doctor and the hospital.  This doctor held himself out to me that he was an ob-gyn and a women's health specialist.  The hospital that employs him supports and endorsees this fraud.
