The following is a copy of the letter that I received from the lawyers who I met with just prior to my 2nd surgery.  I though it was odd that they would send out a rejection letter with out first learning of the findings of this 2nd surgery.  I didn't learn that their expert witness was on staff with Dr.X who did my tubal and who I was suing until some time after receiving this letter.
