The following is a portion of my receipt from the private investigator.
With out his help I would not have received my medical records.
I never met this PI in person, but of all the professionals that I've encountered and dealt
with through this whole ordeal I believe that he, (as well as Dr. Hufnagel)  has helped me the most. 
When he did obtain my records and forwarded them on to me it became apparent that not all records were included.
He then went on to obtain the balance of the records, and believe that we did obtain most or all.
